Jacobs® Keyless Precision Chucks are high precision devices specifically designed for high accuracy application on either conventional or CNC equipment.

Tightened and released by hand, they permit more rapid tooling changes to increase machining productivity.

A self-tightening chuck feature produces significantly higher gripping force to resist tool shank slippage.

Precision manufactured and tested to the most exacting quality standards, Jacobs® Keyless Precision Chucks can be counted on for extremely high reliability and durability under the most demanding machining conditions.

Precision tested and certified to .0016' T.I.R. maximum at maximum capacity.

For use on CNC machining centers in drilling, boring, counter-boring and milling opperations.

Furnished with milled wrench flats and spanner wrench to allow the application of supplementary gripping torque. Light tightening increases gipping torque up to 3 times higher than hand tightening.

Resists tool loosening on high-speed machines with right hand rotation and instant spindle stop.
